Puddleducks Warden Henry, Call Name: Henry

Henry has been a wonderful companion and family dog these last six years.  He is an avid hunting dog with great enthusiasm to please.  His specialty is waterfowl hunting but he will hunt upland birds as well.  But where he excels most is as a farm dog, he will retrieve anything or at least hold it until I can get there, to include lambs.  He knows the difference between laying hens that roam freely and the meat chickens that occasionally get out, he retrieves the meat birds and leaves the hens alone.  He has great house manners, not a chewer, and loves children!  Henry rarely has worn a collar or ever been on a leash.  He has done well with an e-collar for training and hunting purposes.  Henry is whistle trained and understands, accepts, and takes commands very well.  Most importantly he is food driven which has always been the best trick for teaching him any commands.  He has been the best meat and potatoes family dog.
