Training for Your Dog
Puddleduck Retrievers offers a variety of training programs:
- Obedience training for the family pet.
- Obedience training for A.K.C. obedience trials.
- Retriever training for A.K.C. hunt tests.
- Gundog training (waterfowl).
- Private lessons
You will be asked questions regarding any problems you may be having with your dog. (for example: jumping
up on people, lunging through a door way, etc.) Basic obedience includes, heeling on leash, coming when
called, sitting, lying down, and staying, on command. Dogs are worked on a daily basis. Frances’ training
is very positive and your dog will continue to keep the same personality. Frances takes a lot of pride in
her training program. Results can be seen by the happy attitude your dog will have when it is working.
