Co-Ownership Program
The Co-ownership Program is a great program. Frances is able to continue her breeding program without have in to kennel
dogs, or have many dogs living in her house. The Co- owned dogs are able to have a wonderful life, living in a family home.
At 7 weeks of age, Frances will choose a select puppy, that she feels will benefit her breeding program. Then the puppy will
go to live with the co-owner. At 2 years of age the dog will have to pass all health clearances. After that the dog will be
bred to a compatible male. The puppies are then raised in the family home with children. At 7 weeks Frances will be able to
have the puppies come stay with her, and they will all be evaluated. Then they will be taken to a licensed veterinarian for
a complete examination. From birth to 7 weeks Frances does continue to check up on the puppies, and the co-owner fill’s her
in on the puppies’ progress. This program has proven to be very successful, especially for the co-owned dog. She has a happy
life where she is loved and well cared for. When the puppies are able to go to their new homes the adjustment is wonderful
because they have been so well socialized.
